Configuring the Omnyfy Vendor Shipping module (v4 only)
General Configuration
This module requires an initial configuration by the Marketplace Owner. The first step of the configuration is located at Stores > Configuration > Sales > Delivery Method > Vendor Shipping Method.
Field | Notes |
Enabled | When enabled, Vendor Shipping appears as an option for the vendors to create their options and it can be used as a Delivery method. Select either Yes / No |
Title | The name that is used on checkout for this shipping method when order is placed by customer. |
Method Name | The name that is used internally for this shipping method when order is placed by customer (it can be the same as Title) |
Available vendor shipping types | Which delivery options the vendors will be able to create as their vendor shipping for customers. For Omnyfy Vendor Shipping Phase 1, only Delivery is available. Options: Delivery and Click & Collect / Delivery Only / Click & Collect only (To come later) |
Show Method if not applicable | Determines if Omnyfy Vendor Shipping appears as an option during checkout if the method does not apply to the purchase. Options: Yes / No |
Sort Order | A number that determines the order that Omnyfy Vendor Shipping appears when listed with other delivery methods during checkout. Please type 0 to offer as the first option, as per screenshot above. |
Vendor Free Shipping Message
The second step of the configuration is located at Stores > Configuration > Omnyfy > Vendor > Vendor Free Shipping Message.

Enable Vendor Free Shipping Message | Enables this configuration. Set to Yes |
Shopping Cart Message to advise remaining amount to receive Free Shipping | Will be shown on cart and checkout view, to show to customer how much he needs to spend from this vendor to get free shipping |
Shopping Cart Message once Free Threshold is reached | Will be shown on cart and checkout view once customer reaches the free shipping threshold |
Once these are set and you select Save from the top right, your vendors can start using the Vendor Shipping Options to create their own shipping rules and rates.
