Marketplace Owner Earnings

Marketplace Owner Earnings

To view your Marketplace Earnings, please click on ‘MARKETPLACE MANAGEMENT’ menu and select the ‘Marketplace Earnings’ under the ‘Earnings Management’. In this view, you can check the Lifetime Earnings and the Current Month Earnings which include the breakdowns of each fee type.

The grid view displays the following information per order per vendor:


  • Order ID

  • Order Placed Date

  • Vendor Name

  • Order Total (Incl. Tax)

  • Category Fees (Incl. Tax)

  • Seller Fees (Incl. Tax)

  • Disbursement Fee (Incl. Tax)

  • Total Transaction Fees (Incl. Tax)

  • Earnings Total (Incl. Tax) = Order Total – Fees Total

  • Vendor Payout Received – Shows ‘clock’ if the payout is pending; Shows green tick if the payout of this order is settled

  • Payout Reference – The reference number of the payout. Clicking on the reference number will open a grid view of all orders included in this payout

  • Action – View the order details
