B2B - Configuring the Organisations Module

The configurations for the module can be found in Stores > Configuration > Omnyfy > Organisations.


General

Notes
Active Automatically
Automatically enables the organisation without needing Marketplace Owner approval if set to Yes
ID Prefix
Adds a prefix for the Organisation ID before the numbers (eg ORG-123, ORG would be the Prefix)
Make Customers Inactive if removed from Company
Set to Yes if you'd like to restrict customer access to only those that are in an organisation.

Marketplace Owner Notifications

Here you can modify which email templates to use and sender that sends notifications to the Marketplace Owner. You can untick the Use system value tick box, to make a change, then the dropdowns will be able to be edited.

Customer Notifications

Here you can modify which email templates to use for customer notifications based on the actions outlined. You can untick the Use system value tick box, to make a change, then the dropdowns will be able to be edited.
