B2B - Organisation Group Management
Organisation group
The Organisations Module is part of the B2B Suite. It will allow Marketplace customers / buyers to sign up as an organisation or company. The organisation will have an admin, who will be able to approve and manage the other employees of the same organisation.
As part of the Organisation module, Omnyfy enables "Organisation group" concept, which consists in the ability to invite existing organisations to be part of your organisation group, and then being able to add their users to workflows and view the organisation details.
A new tab "Organisations" is available for the organisation admin. Below you can see the details of the new tab.

Add Organisation to Group
To add an organisation, click on the “Add Organisation” button under the ‘Organisation’ tab. This will open a modal.
You need to ask for the organisation ID to the organisation admin. We use organisation ID to ensure that only the correct organisation will receive the invite, and no random invites will be sent by another organisation admin.
The user must enter the organisation ID and click the “Verify” button. This will search for a matching organisation.
IF the organisation ID does not match any organisation on the platform, an error message is shown.
IF the organisation ID matches an organisation, details of that organisation are shown to the user to confirm if that is the exact organisation they wanted to add.
Once added, the following occurs:
Success message shown
Organisation is added to the list of organisations, but in a Pending state. (Pending means that they cannot be used in Workflows yet).
Email sent to the newly added Organisation’s admin. This email contains a link that must be clicked to confirm they are happy to be added to the parent Organisation account.
Once the “child” organisation has accepted (by clicking the link in the email), the following occurs:
The child organisation user is taken to a success page on the website, which shows details of the parent organisation
An email notification is sent to the parent organisation to advise them that the child organisation has accepted, and that they can now start creating approval workflows with the child organisation.
The status of the organisation is changed to ‘Active’.
Remove Organisation from Group
If you want to remove a child organisation from your group, click on "Remove from Group" on the organisation tab listing view. A popup will be shown so you can confirm the deletion. Important: All associated users will be removed from any workflow they are included in. Please recheck all workflows after the organisation is removed.
