Products need to be mapped properly, with all attributes linked. This includes for the product:
- At least 1 category
- All attributes/attribute options are mapped
- Brand
The product needs to have all of this information or it will be skipped.
Ensure that if you have a new attributes, brands, categories or warehouses from your store, that it is also synced and mapped to the platform if you want to have it imported. They will be imported / updated on the next scheduled sync. See
Fuse UI - Mapping Product Import Data for further information on mapping.
Typically product status, inventory and prices are synced 4 times a day (12:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 6:00 PM), and the remaining attributes are synced 4 times a day too though at different times (3:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 3:00 PM, and 9:00PM), however this may depend on each Marketplace.
If the product has everything mapped, but the product is still not imported or updated after the scheduled sync, please reach out to the Marketplace Owner. If you are the Marketplace Owner doing this on behalf of the vendor, you can reach out to your Omnyfy support.
