Setting up Return Addresses for RMAs

Setting up Return Addresses for RMAs

As a Vendor or Marketplace Owner, you can set a return address for the RMAs if needed.

NOTE: It is important to note that for Vendors to have access to this, you must allow them access via User Roles.

1. First, log into the back end of the marketplace.
2. From the left menu, select Sales > Operations > RMA.

3. On the RMA page, select the top left RMA button, and navigate to Return Addresses.

4. You will then reach the Return Addresses page. This will allow you to edit addresses, or create a new address. To create a new address, select Add New Address from the top right.

5. The page will load with the address fields. Populate the fields as instructed.
