Using the Omnyfy Closer App
1 - Product Search
By selecting the Shop button at the top of the page, you can see the the product catalogue. From here you will be able to search for products name and view by categories. The details page will allow you to be able to add the product to the order.
2 - Start New Order
When creating a New Order (bottom left button of the home page), you will need to select a customer. Choose the recipient and simply start adding products into the shopping cart.
3 - Checkout Process
When the processing the order, simply choose Checkout at the bottom right of the page, and you will be taken to the cart view. Here you will be able to select the payment method - which in this example is using a customer pin. Once the pin has been entered, you can select Checkout and proceed with the order.
4 - Filter Orders
You can view the order by going to the top menu and selecting Orders. From here you will be able to use the filter the orders by date, order #, customer,
5 - Find and View Customers
Select Customers on the top menu to see all saved customers. Here you can also search/filter for existing customers to see their past orders. You can also create a new order for the customer here too.
