Leaving a vendor review as a registered customer
Customers that have purchased a product can leave a review for that particular vendor for that product, if they are a registered user on the platform.
- First, as a customer, you will need to ensure that you are signed in to the marketplace. You can do this during the checkout stage, or signing in at the front end.
- When signed in, navigate to your order that contains the product of the vendor you wish to review. There are 2 ways this can be achieved.
From the user dropdown on the top right (select your name and choose My Orders)
From the left navigation when in any of the account pages, select My Orders.
You can then select your order and the details will appear on the right.
- Once the details of your order appear on the right, select Reviews from the links in the order details.
From here you can select the vendor and the product you wish to review. In this case, you can select Review Vendor.
- A pop up will appear where you can then add the details of your review.
- After completing all the details you wish to add for the review, you can select Submit review.
A prompt will appear at the top of the browser after the pop up window closes, to verify your submission.
