Manage Bookings

Customers can book services in the Marketplace. After they book the service, this service will be available on the Backend, and can be managed by the Vendor.

  1. Log in to Omnyfy Marketplace Backend. On the Admin sidebar, go to Marketplace Management > Service Booking > Manage Booking



2. You will find a list of all your Service Provider's bookings. Choose the booking you would like to check/update and click View.



3. You can check all the information related to this booking. If you need to update or change some information, click Change.



4. Change the information available. When complete, click Save.



The customer will be notified and will need to confirm the booking. This can change according to the platform and process.
