Follow Up Email - Introduction

Follow Up Email - Introduction

Follow Up Email Campaigns are an effective tool to re-engage with your customers on the marketplace. They can be used to send Abandon Cart emails, Post Purchase emails and even custom behavioural prompts to trigger tailored content to the customer.

With this feature, you can also monitor the campaign's success with stats, and provide additional offers. This can all be managed individually for each campaign.

You can also customise the e-mail content of these campaigns with ease, using the Email Designer.
Note that these templates are not available for system emails, such as order confirmation emails.
