Follow Up Email - Creating a campaign

Creating a Campaign

A campaign allows the marketplace to send emails based on certain behaviours (whether it be a cart or customer action). To manage or create a campaign, you will first need to be logged in as a Marketplace Owner, and navigate to Marketing > Follow Up Email > Manage Campaigns.

Here you will see a list of existing campaigns if any. You will also be able to see any stats if you have any campaigns that have run already. You can also create a new campaign by going to the top right of the header and selecting Create Campaign.

When you select Create Campaign, a pop up will appear. You can select pre-created campaign templates, or create your custom own campaign.

After making a selection, you will be able to set a name for the campaign.

Once you select Create, you will be taken to the Campaign details page.
