Basic Configuration - Inventory Section

Inventory Section (for V4)

This controls the inventory section of your site. Generally, a lot of the settings can remain as default. The only configuration you may need is if you wish to Display Out of Stock Products on the front end.

By default, products where the stock status is Out of Stock are removed from the front end Category listing, so it prevents customers from attempting to buy products that cannot be fulfilled. Each product controls its own stock threshold for when the product is set to Out of Stock. If you wish to change this, ensure you deselect the Use system value checkbox in order to change the dropdown. Products will still be available for customers to visit via the URL of the product.

Inventory Section (for V2)

Omnyfy generally do not use default Magento inventory options, since inventory is managed by the vendors through their Locations. You can leave all of the settings as is. For Display Out of Stock Products setting, this will not be automatically hidden, as all products by default affect inventory, and will need to be manually set to Out of Stock (or Status = Disabled) for it to be hidden on the marketplace front end.
